Donation Refunds

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund for your donation. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent while protecting the integrity of our charitable work.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the donation date
  • The donation must not have been used for any charitable purpose
  • Valid reason for refund must be provided
  • Original payment receipt or transaction reference must be included

Processing Time

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Donations that have already been used for charitable purposes
  • Contributions made more than 14 days ago
  • Donations made through third-party platforms (subject to their respective policies)
